Even though you’re not supposed to judge a book by its cover, every so often I do. It is actually an interesting way to pick a new book to read, because you just may be picking something up that you’ve never thought to read and finding yourself enjoying a new genre, a new author, a new storyline. These past couple months, this is something I have done on more than one occasion.
The Black Sheep by Yvonne Collins and Sandy Rideout
This latest book I got from the library fascinated me in its simplicity. An entirely black jacket with a thin white line for trim, the tittle writ a casual print, and the outline of a single sheep no bigger than a thumbprint.
Have you ever chosen a book by its cover?
